complex solution suited to lodge 6 mm through-shaft encoders and it is
based on a very low-tolerance mechanichal workmanship with encoder fixed
on a ball bearing.We can provide this low-price mechanical interface that has been tested
over thousands hours of continuous servicing and against any possible problem related
with encoder data capture.
Precision provided by this system is close to 0,2% over tipical
dispensing ranges, allowing these pump heads to be used also for high
precision dispensing applications.
We can also optionally provide a ready to be used controller, SH32
processor based, based with a robust C++ programmable real time operating system
(under AEP s.r.l. licence) and the pump
driver for specific applications.
Of course INTES can also provide support and service for specific SW
developments.
