Post Sales Support

Intes provide direct support to the installed units. In case of trouble our personnel will set-up on site intervention for problems resolution.

Intes post-sales policy is to define agreements with customers for preventive maintenance. A periodic visit allows to have your dispenser always in perfect conditions. During these periodic visits, usually every six months, the dispenser is cleaned, tubing substituted, each functionality controlled and calibrated.

Intes will always take some unit ready for swapping substitution. In case of fault this can allow the customer to be operative in the shortest time possible.

Help Desk

Intes provide also telephone support for users and customers. Little problems, requests for clarifications on product usage, remote configurations, can be easily served through our call center service. Our operator can also provide SW remote maintenance, remote calibration and remote product test. 

Today we usually provide our products users with a direct line support about 8 hours/day Monday-Friday. During 2002 we served 350 telephone calls, receiving appreciation from both our customers and users.
